As an NICEIC approved contractor we operate under the NICEIC platinum promise with a code of practice and our 12 month guarantee scheme

How do I pay my invoice?

You can pay your invoice in a number of ways including BACS, credit card, cash and PayPal

Where are you based?

When will I recieve my documentation?

We issue certification for electrical installation condition reports, electrical installation certificates, minor works certificates, danger notificaitons, emergency lighting certificates and fire alarm certificates

We do not issue any certification until you have cleared your invoice, unfortunately we had several instances of customers recieving their paperwork and not paying their invoices so we have unfortunately had to introduce this policy

How quickly can an electrician be at my premises?

We aim to be you in under 60 minutes on an emergency call out when dealing with electrical faults

Will I have to wait in all day for an electrician?

If you have a pre-booked slot we will call you 30 minutes before we are due to attend so you can get on with your day

What type of work do you do?
